LEITWARE Ltd · Updated 1 October 2026
When you use our contact form, we receive your first and last name, email address, organisation if provided, and message. When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to share.
Our website host may process technical request data, such as an IP address and browser information, to deliver and protect the site. The theme preference is stored in your browser so the site remembers your display choice.
We use enquiry details to respond, arrange conversations, discuss potential work, and manage a working relationship. We use technical request data to operate and secure the website.
Our basis for handling enquiries is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps towards a contract at your request. Other processing connected with a project will be explained in the relevant agreement or notice.
Cloudflare hosts this website, stores contact form enquiries in its D1 database, and sends the resulting email to us. We do not sell your personal information.
We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is needed for the conversation, a resulting project, or applicable record-keeping obligations. You can ask us about a particular record at any time.
Contact rowan@leitware.com to ask about your information or to request access, correction, deletion, or another applicable data protection right. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
This notice may change when the website or our processes change. The current version will be available here.
